Exploitation/ Hatchet Forces
The Exploitation/Hatcher Forces were company size units assigned to each of the SOG commands:
CCN, CCC, and CCS. Their mission was to probe enemy positions and/or assist other Special Forces units that needed their reenforcement. Hatchet force companies usually consisted of one hundred indigenous troops and up to twenty American personnel.
